Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Brain-feed, the web dashboard at brain-feed.app and the Brain-feed app for iPhone and iPad, operated by Auge XR AG. By creating an account or pairing a device, you agree to them.
The service
Brain-feed lets a parent or legal guardian curate a list of YouTube channels per child profile, pair a child’s device to that profile, and set viewing limits. The paired app shows videos only from the curated channels.
Accounts
You must be an adult (the parent or legal guardian of the children whose profiles you create) to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. Children do not hold accounts; they use a device you pair.
YouTube content
Brain-feed does not host, own, or produce any videos. All video content is played through YouTube’s official embedded player and belongs to its respective creators. Playback is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Brain-feed uses YouTube API Services; by using Brain-feed you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy. Videos may become unavailable at any time if removed or restricted on YouTube, and that is outside our control.
Your responsibilities
You choose the channels your child sees. Brain-feed restricts the feed to your list, but we do not review, rate, or endorse channel content, so please vet the channels you add. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to circumvent technical limits, scrape the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Pricing
Brain-feed is currently free. If we ever introduce paid plans, we’ll announce them clearly in advance. Nothing will be charged silently.
Availability and warranty
We work hard to keep Brain-feed running, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auge XR AG is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including the content of third-party videos. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero).
Termination
You can stop using Brain-feed and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. For material changes we’ll notify account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
